The owner of the Hoosegow, a restaurant “cleverly hidden in the back” of the Venture Village Complex, asked for something bold to attract attention to his off-the-street location. In addition to the sign at the entrance of the eatery, we created a second, double-sided sign for the front of the building for more street-side visibility. The Hoosegow letters above the jail bars are sandblasted, and the lettering below is hand-carved into the redwood background.
