A customer approached me with a common query: “I have this item that I love, but there are no more to be purchased and I want four more. Can you make them for me?”
The original is a small pine wagon with steel wheels that really roll, and the customer wanted four more to use as decorations in her yard. The wagon reproduction included shaping and welding sixteen steel wheels that also roll (with the help of Jim Moser). At the customer’s request, I painted two of the wagons white, with silver powder-coated wheels, and two just like the original gray, with wheels finished with a rust powder-coat. Another fun and whimsical project and one more customer’s dream fulfilled!
